-- Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Chief Scout Executive Bob Mazzuca presented Scouting’s highest commendation — the Silver Buffalo Award for Distinguished Service to Youth — to NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon at the BSA Mecklenburg County Council’s Friends of Scouting Leadership Dinner.

Gordon joins a distinguished list of Silver Buffalo Award recipients including Charles Lindbergh, Walt Disney, Hank Aaron, Neil Armstrong and 13 U.S. Presidents.
